The Water Quality health objectives for Healthy Carolinians 2010 are currently being developed. These objectives will be consistent with the 1995 Safe Drinking Water Act (Public Law 93-523) and the Clean Water Act (Public Law 92-500). To receive these objectives when they are finalized, write to the Office of Healthy Carolinians/Health Education, Division of Public Health, NC DHHS, 1915 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27699-1915.
