- Access to Health Care: (1) Increase the number
of children who Will have access to health insurance through community
education on Health Choice, (2) Improve services available to
people with diabetes, and (3) Provide special outreach and education
about health care resources to priority populations who experience
health disparities.
- Diabetes: Decrease deaths and complications
from diabetes by establishing diabetes education programs and
various events throughout the county to promote support groups,
annual hemoglobin blood tests, and disease management.
