| To increase the span of healthy Living, reduce health
disparities among the disadvantaged, and emphasize preventive health
services and healthy lifestyles.

- Older Adult Health: Improve
health status of Richmond seniors through an eyeglass frame recycling
program (provides glasses to those who cannot purchase them),
providing comprehensive List of health resource numbers, and providing
pharmaceutical assistance for elderly who do not have Medicaid
or other prescription coverage.
- Teen Pregnancy: Reduce unplanned teen
pregnancies through education for preventing second pregnancy
during teen years and focusing on at-risk teens to prevent first
pregnancy.
