- Infant Mortality: Reduce infant mortality
through a countywide Lay-health advisory program that provides
education, social support, and transportation.
- Substance Abuse Prevention: Reduce
the number of school-age children using controlled substances
through countywide forums with nationally known speakers who address
family abuse and violence issues, and by establishing and maintaining
Parent-to- Parent facilitators to address substance abuse.
